the order number field below. You must also provide the email address used
to place your order.
NORMAL PROCESSING-PRODUCTION TIME
Please refer to the FIRST LETTERS of the product SKU code for the item you are ordering in to find the normal production time. The time stated below does not include transit time. All dates are approximate, may vary around major holidays and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season.
BSL- 10 to 15 Business Days
CRG- 5 to 10 Business Days
DG- 3 to 5 Business Days
CSL- 15 to 20 Business Days
FAN- 2 to 3 Business Days
FGA- 2 to 3 Business Days
CMWG- 5 to 10 Business Days
MD- 10 to 12 Business Days
PAS- 3 to 5 Business Days
PDS- 10 to 15 Business Days
PDSP- 10 to 15 Business Days
PSS- 3 to 5 Business Days
TG- 5 to 10 Business Days
WFD- 3 to 5 Business Days

Products with different starting SKU#'s ship from separate warehouses.
If you ordered multiple products with different starting SKU#'s, you will receive separate shipments from us.
We will email you the tracking number for each shipment as it ships out.
